Property Description: *DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED* This standard villa is ideal for a smaller family who are looking for a budget family villa close to Disney. Indian Ridge Oaks is located in Kissimmee and also has a communal pool and a children's play area. The accommodation is on one level and offers a living room with a flat screen TV and a door to the pool deck. There is a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The villa is air-conditioned. The garage has been converted into a games room and features a dartboard, pool table, Foosball and Air-Hockey table IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool Heat Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances CANCELLATIONS made within 35 days will incur 100% charge
